Ingredients
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of flour
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of butter
- 150 g (150 ml) of Gruyère cheese
For the béchamel sauce:
- In a casserole, set butter, add flour until well mixed with butter, add milk and 1/4 of Gruyère.
- Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 5 minutes.
