Ingredients

1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks

250 ml (1 cup) of milk

15 ml (1 tablespoon) of flour

10 ml (2 teaspoons) of butter

180 ml (3/4 cup) of Gruyère cheese

Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 5 minutes.

In a casserole, set the butter, add flour until well mixed with butter, and add the milk and 1/4 of Gruyère cheese (about 45 ml or 3 tablespoons).

Set sliced leeks at the bottom and cover with béchamel sauce. Spread with Gruyère cheese left. Oven bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
