Hotel cut pork chop or pork filet
Ingredients
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 85 ml (1/3 cup) of brown sugar or maple syrup
- 25 ml (1 1/2 cup) of Worcestershire sauces
- 65 ml (1/4 cup) of ketchup
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of herbs (red onion, parsley, chive, basil)
- 250 ml (1 cup) of water
- Salt and pepper up to taste
- Brown well pork filet into avocado oil or olive oil.
- Mix all ingredients in a pan. Let simmer at very low heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
