Asparagus
Ham and asparagus fine pizzas
Ingredients
- 10 asparagus
- 4 thin crust pizza dough
- 175 g of minced sliced ham
- 1 minced red onion
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of minced dried tomatoes (into oil)
- 500 ml (2 cups) of grated mozzarella
- Few basil leaves (optional)
- Preheat oven at 425°F (220°C).
- Slice asparagus into sections. In acasserole filled with salted boiling water, blanch asparagus 2 minutes. Drain.
- While cooking asparagus, set pizzas dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spread sauce over pastas. garnish with ham slices, onions and dried tomatoes.
- Add drained asparagus and divide mozzarella over each pizzas.
- Oven bake 9 to 11 minutes, until cheese gratin. When serving, spread few basil leaves.
