Goat cheese and leeks puff pastry pie
Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry dough
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of oil
- 1 minced onion
- 1 glass of water
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of fresh cream
- 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk
- 2 goat cheese (Pélardon) moderately refined
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C).
- In a non-adhesive pan, at medium heat, set oil and fry sliced leeks and onion for 2 to 3 minutes (covered). Add water, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix fresh cream, eggs, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
- Liner a pie mold with puff pastry. Pour cream preparation, drain and spread sliced leeks.
- Spread equally goat cheese sliced in halfs (to obtain 4 portions).
- Oven bake over the lowest grill of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Unmold over a service plate.
