Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix flour with baking powder.
With an electric mixer, whisk eggs until they whiten. Gradually add sugar, then water.
Carefully add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients.
Butter and flour a flan mould of 30 cm (12 inches) in diameter. Pour batter into the mould.
Oven bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and unmold. Cool down entirely before garnishing.
With an electric mixer, whip the cream.
Set fruits over cooled cake. Coat with melted jelly and garnish with whipped cream.
