Fruity cups of greek yogurt, chocolate and pistachios
Ingredients
- 12 to 14 strawberries
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of maple syrup
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of brown rum or citrus liquor (like Grand Marnier)
- 90 g of 70% black chocolate
- 500 ml (2 cups) of 0% M.G. strawberries flavoured greek yogurt (like Laberté)
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of roughly chopped pistachios or sliced almonds
- On a deep plate, roughly crush half the strawberries with a fork. Add maple syrup and rum. Divide the preparation into four dessert cups.
- Dice the remaining strawberries. Set aside.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, set the yogurt and pour the melted chocolate by stirring lightly. Do not stir too much.
- Divide the mix of yogurt and chocolate in the cups right away. Garnish with diced strawberries and pistachios.
