Fried rice with pork, leeks and green beans
Ingredients

4 pork ribs

1/2 diced small eggplant

125 ml (1/2 cup) of sliced green beans

1/2 minced red onion or 1/4 package of 250 g (1 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks

500 ml (2 cups) of cooked white rice

60 ml (1/4 cup) of sesame oil (non-roasted)

10 ml (2 teaspoons) of chopped garlic

Few chopped basil leaves

Trim pork ribs by removing their fat. Dice its flesh.

In a pan or a wok, heat 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of sesame oil at medium heat. Cook diced pork for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, heat the remaining oil at medium heat. Cook the eggplant, beans and red onion or sliced leeks for 4 minutes.

Add rice, garlic and pork. Heat for 1 minute at high heat. Salt and pepper.

If desired, add basil.
