Ingredients
  • 4 pork ribs
  • 1/2 diced small eggplant
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sliced green beans
  • 1/2 minced red onion or 1/4 package of 250 g (1 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of cooked white rice
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of sesame oil (non-roasted)
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of chopped garlic
  • Few chopped basil leaves

  • Trim pork ribs by removing their fat. Dice its flesh.

  • In a pan or a wok, heat 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of sesame oil at medium heat. Cook diced pork for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside on a plate.

  • In the same pan, heat the remaining oil at medium heat. Cook the eggplant, beans and red onion or sliced leeks for 4 minutes.

  • Add rice, garlic and pork. Heat for 1 minute at high heat. Salt and pepper.

  • If desired, add basil.
