Crabs and asparagus soup
Ingredients
- 1 small package of asparagus
- 1 can of canned crabs
- 1 litre (1000 ml) of water
- 2 egg whites
- Fresh coriander
- Potatoes starch
- Bring water to a boil. Add broth with instruction from the package. Add crab and asparagus. Cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes starch and finish cooking.
- When cooking is finished, add egg whites while mixing to creates thin filament of cooked egg whites.
- Serve right away with fresh coriander.
