Breaded asparagus with goat cheese
Ingredients
- 11/2 pound of big tailed asparagus
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of melted butter
- Salt, up to taste
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of fresh crumbled goat cheese
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of white bread crumbs
- Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C).
- Cover stems of one tablespoon of melted butter. Salt lightly. Display asparagus in a casserole large enough to make one layer only.
- Set down goat cheese over asparagus and sprinkle bread crumbs. Spray with the second tablespoon of melted butter. Oven bake for about 10 minutes or till bread crumbs roast lightly.
