Ingredients
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of blueberry or vanilla yogurt
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking soda
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of oil
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of bran
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of baking power
  • 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Mix yogurt, baking soda and blueberries in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix brown sugar, egg, oil, vanilla and bran.
  • In a last bowl, sieve dry ingredients and, add to the first mixture and alternate with yogurt.
  • Set everything into muffin moulds and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
