Blueberry pie
Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries

180 ml (3/4 cup) of water

250 ml (1 cup) of sugar

1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of salt

45 ml (3 tablespoons) of cornstarch

45 ml (3 tablespoon) of water
-
750 ml (3 cups) of blueberries

1 cooked pie crust of 23 cm or 25 cm (9 or 10 inches)

Boil one cup of blueberries with water, sugar, and salt. Mix the cornstarch with water. Add it to the mixture while stirring, then let it boil for a few minutes until it thickens. Then remove from heating.

Add 3 cups of blueberries to the warm mixture. Cool down and pour onto the cooked pie crust.
