BBQ pork meatballs
Ingredients
- 675 g (1 1/2 pound) of chopped pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 package (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 2 finely chopped garlic clove
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of harissa
- Pepper up to taste
- 4 wooden skewer, beforehand soaked in water
- 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of finely chopped coriander
- In a bowl, mix well all ingredients till meats get sticky. Pepper.
- With an ice-cream spoon of about 60 ml (1/4 cup), make 12 meatballs. Then, stick in 3 meatballs on a wet wooden skewer or metal skewer.
- Preheat barbecue at high heat. Oil the grill.
- Grill meatballs each side aproximatively 4 minutes or till meat gets cooked.
- Serves with tzatziki sauce.
