Roast Les Cultures de Chez nous sliced leeks for 20 minutes in a buttered pan. Salt and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Set sliced leeks into silicone molds. Cover with a slice of goat cheese over it.
Mix egg, Gruyère grated cheese and cream. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of preparation into molds.
With a glass, cut 6 cercles of puff pastry of the same diameter as the molds, set over the preparation and look out to join everything all together well.
Set in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 °F (200 ºC). Enjoy !
