Leeks tabbouleh
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of couscous
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) of hot water
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of finely chopped fresh mint
- Salt and pepper up to taste
- Pour couscous in a large bowl, add butter. Pour hot water and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside 5 minutes. Fry leeks in a pan at medium heat with olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Remove plastic wrap and crumble with a fork. Add leeks, tomatoes, mint, seson with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- It is possible to prepare 24 hours beforehand.
- Serve with grills.
