Ingredients
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of couscous
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of hot water
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of finely chopped fresh mint
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
  • Pour couscous in a large bowl, add butter. Pour hot water and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside 5 minutes. Fry leeks in a pan at medium heat with olive oil for 5 minutes.
  • Remove plastic wrap and crumble with a fork. Add leeks, tomatoes, mint, seson with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • It is possible to prepare 24 hours beforehand.
  • Serve with grills.
