Wash and dry blueberries. Set blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a large cauldron. Then, lightly crush the ingredients. Bake at high heat while constantly stirring. After getting to a boil, cook for 10 minutes at medium heat. Watch and stir regularly. Lower to a lower heat.
Add pectin and simmer for about 10 minutes. Take this time to sterilize your pots. Remove foam (foam over the jam) and add Grand Marnier while stirring vigorously for 1 minute.
Pour and seal into your pots.

This recipe is ideal for a breakfast on the terrasse with a good coffee. You can make the same recipe by replacing blueberries with strawberries and the Grand Marnier with Porto.
