Set black beans in the blender. Sequentially turn on and off to chop harshly beans.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except brown sugar. Pour mixture in a bread mold covered with parchment paper. Spread with brown sugar.
Oven bake 50 minutes.

The beans are an interesting and economical substitute for meat. Rich in fibers and proteins, it's also a good source of iron. A serving of this bread provides 10 grams of proteins, 6 grams of fibers and 2 mg of iron.
