Ingredients
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of margarine or butter
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of poppy seeds
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) of white sweet Mozzrella cheese
  • 1 baguette bread
  • 3 to 4 bacon slices (optional)
Preparation

  • Mix Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks with margarine or butter, poppy seeds and mustard.

  • Slice the baguette bread two lengthwise. Butter each slice with the first leeks preparation and cover it with mozzarella slices.

  • If desired, place the bacon slices over the bread and close. Cover with aluminum paper.

  • Oven bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.

  • Remove the aluminum paper and set it on broil for the last 5 minutes. Keep watching.
