Blueberries and pineapples sausages
Ingredients
- 8 blueberries sausages
- A large box of pineapples or 12 fresh pineapple slices
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pineapple juice puree
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cornstarch
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of black pepper
- Cook sausages in a frying pan and keep their fats for the pineapple sauce later. Lightly cook pineapple slices over both sides.
- Set blueberry sausages on an oven-safe plate and cover with pineapple slices.
- Add cornstarch, pepper, and pineapple cooking juice (the one with sausage fats). Whisk everything until boiling and until the juice thickens.
- Simmer in the oven to 350ºF (180°C) for about 35 minutes. Make sure everything is hot before removing it from the oven.
