Asparagus au gratin
Ingredients
- 800 ml (800 gr) of asparagus tips
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml (100 gr) of grated cheese
- 150 ml (150 gr) of light fresh cream
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Cook hard eggs for 10 minutes. Steam asparagus tips.
- Crush with a fork hard eggs. Mix grated cheese and cream. Salt and pepper. Set grated nutmeg.
- Divide asparagus into 4 parts. Set flat into individual ramekins. Brush each part with eggs, etc.
- Gratin in the oven for a few minutes. This plate may be served as an appetizer.
